MASONITE® EXTERIOR DOORS

1. Barrington® Craftsman Mission Styled Doors – 2 New Designs
   New to the Barrington® Craftsman line, the Craftsman CBH and CBT grid light glass designs are available in oak or mahogany textured fiberglass providing the beauty of hand-crafted wood with the durability and ease of Masonite's low maintenance, high-performance proprietary fiberglass. Both lites feature triple pane construction for increased energy performance, unique flat caming for an authentic Craftsman look, and a classic wide bevel.
   

2. New Iron Springs™ Specialty Glass Design
   Both elegant and bold, the new Iron Springs specialty glass design features an impressive half inch wide solid square iron bar beautifully sculpted to create an upscale look. Available in clear and textured glass options, the construction includes an energy efficient Low-E coating which allows this glass to be a part of an ENERGY STAR qualified entryway in a towering 8' door with a full glass panel.
   

3. New Hollister™ST HD Steel Door
   New in the award-winning Masonite HD steel entry door collection, the HollisterST door provides high definition detailing and excellence in security. Featuring a large rectangular panel located above the lower smaller panel, this design is available in Sta-Tru® HD – a prefinished white surface requiring no initial finish on the door panel. Both panels include a shallow rounded profile just inside Masonite's traditional high definition profile adding both depth and elegance. The upper panel can be adapted to include a beautiful ¾ rectangle glass lite kit.
   

4. Triple Lock Security Door
   With Masonite's new, innovative Triple Lock Security Door, Masonite will cover the deductible on the customer's homeowners insurance up to $1500 if entry is gained due to a failure of a properly locked and installed door system. Consumers can enjoy maximum security with three locking points, and high-end steel onstruction that provides resistance to intrusion and impact. The shock absorbing composite jambs are designed to naturally absorb shock by flexing and not splintering when forces are applied. This system includes the steel door, door frame and security lock sets options in satin nickel and antique black finishes

1. 17 New Textured Glass Styles
   Inspired by the latest fashion and design trends, Masonite is introducing 17 new glass door designs for the Masonite Wood Door Collection of interior doors. From the flowing elegance of Oceanic Clear to the artistic feel of Mosaic white, these new designs let the customer create a look that expresses their style and design point of view. Many of the new designs are inspired by the beauty of nature including Nature, Niagara, Forest and Jungle. The new line also features clean, elegant designs such as Morocco Clear, Reed (in vertical and horizontal) and Gothic Clear.
   
   Glass designs can be integrated into over 44 door styles and 10 distinctive wood species. Masonite's hand-crafted stile and rail construction method uses components that interlock together allowing the door parts to naturally contract and expand with ambient humidity changes without warping or bending. The result is a secure fit for Masonite's Specialty glass to create a durable, long-lasting and beautiful interior door.
   
   As part of Masonite's commitment to environmental responsibility, Masonite uses products from well-managed forests.

2. New Green Flush Design for Interior Doors
   From the homeowner that is environmentally conscious to the architect that is designing a project to achieve an industry certification, Masonite's Safe ‘N Sound® and Emerald™ Safe ‘N Sound® series provide an ideal solution.
   Masonite is now adding a clean, contemporary flush door in primed hardboard for easy paint application. This new flush option is 1-3/8" thick and available in 80", 84" and 96" heights as both doors and bifold doors.
   
   Both door collections provide the heft and feel of solid wood, but are manufactured with a rapidly renewable "green" material called DorCor™. DorCor™ is a low density fiberboard made from wheat straw which is an annually renewable wheat by-product. Plus, because of their solid core construction, sound transmission is greatly reduced.
   
   Masonite is also introducing a flush door to the Emerald™ Hollow Core line with many of the same "green" features as the Emerald™ Safe ‘N Sound® line, yet with a hollow core offering an alternate solution to "green" projects and budget-
   minded specifiers and customers.
