About Craig Webb

Craig Webb is president of Webb Analytics, a consulting and research company that helps construction supply companies identify and then respond to trends, threats, and opportunities. Webb is one of the nation’s leading experts on building material dealers and distributors. He spent 12 years as editor-in-chief of ProSales, the nation’s most honored publication for building material dealers, as well as five years as editor-in-chief of Remodeling magazine.

Webb Analytics builds and expands on Craig’s lifelong career in the news and information businesses. He has worked for The Wall Street Journal, McGraw-Hill, United Press International and a variety of magazines, newsletters and newspapers in the U.S. and Europe. He has traveled to 49 states and several foreign countries visiting dealers, builders and remodelers. That legwork is the foundation of the services that Webb Analytics has provided since its founding in September 2018.

Webb was born just outside Washington, D.C., grew up in South Bend, Ind., and received his bachelor’s degree in journalism and history from Indiana University in 1976. He lives in Washington.

About Rachel Marcon

Rachel Marcon serves as president of the Doors business at Owens Corning. Appointed to this role in May 2025, she is also a member of the company's Executive Committee.

Ms. Marcon most recently served as vice president and general manager of the global Nonwovens business at Owens Corning. Appointed in 2021, she was accountable for the Nonwovens business with assets in North American and Europe, serving global customers in the building and construction markets.

Ms. Marcon joined Owens Corning in Europe in 2016 as sales director for Nonwovens EMEA. She was appointed business director of Nonwovens EMEA in 2019. She relocated to Toledo, Ohio, when promoted to the global Nonwovens vice president and general manager role. 

Prior to joining Owens Corning, Ms. Marcon spent her career in the aluminum industry, first with a French aluminum consortium Pechiney Rhenalu (later acquired by Alcan), then with Euramax International, a Norcross, Georgia-based company specialized in coated aluminum for architectural solutions. She spent 13 years with the company's European headquarters in the Netherlands in roles of increasing responsibility in sales, marketing, and strategy, leading its global growth in North America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. 

Ms. Marcon holds a bachelor's degree in international business management in France and speaks fluent French, English, German and Italian.

About Tom Jaskiewicz

Tom Jaskiewicz is the Vice President of Sales for the Doors business unit at Owens Corning, a world leading manufacturer of building products.

Mr. Jaskiewicz was appointed to this role in July 2024. He is responsible for overseeing sales and commercial activities within wholesale and OEM channels in North America and South America.

Mr. Jaskiewicz joined Owens Corning as a part of the acquisition of Masonite International in May 2024, where served as Vice President and General Manager of the Endura Products business since 2023.

Prior to joining Masonite, Tom Jaskiewicz served as Regional Vice President at National Nail, an innovative manufacturer of fastening solutions for roofing, decking and home construction. Before joining National Nail in 2021, Mr. Jaskiewicz spent 16 years with Endura Products in roles of increasing responsibility in analytics, product management, innovation, sourcing, sales and acquisition integration.

Tom Jaskiewicz earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Elon University, and an M.B.A. from the Wake Forest University School of Business. He speaks fluent English and Polish.

About David Perkins

David Perkins serves as vice president of enterprise home builder strategy at Owens Corning, a building products leader committed to building a sustainable future through material innovation.

Appointed to this role in July 2024, Mr. Perkins is responsible for developing a long-term strategy across the Owens Corning portfolio of products and driving new growth opportunities for the home builder channel. He serves on the Insulation and Doors leadership teams and works closely with the Roofing team.

Mr. Perkins joined Owens Corning through the acquisition of Masonite International Corporation in May 2024, where he led Masonite’s commercial organization across many channels, including home builders. He brings general manager experience, as well as expertise in channel, product, and brand marketing, since joining the company in 2011. 

Prior to joining Masonite, David held sales and channel management roles for Masterbrand Cabinets.

Mr. Perkins earned his bachelor’s degree in business from the University of North Carolina and his master’s degree in business administration from Georgia State University.
